Hello PLers! I finally got around to start my own progress thread. I'd like to tell you a little about myself, sorta like the guy behind the car lol. I live on the border of PA/NJ, in the Lehigh Valley PA. Im so close to NJ, I could walk across the bridge. So, if your in the area or passing through, hit me up welcome to stop for a beer. I always a good time to meet a fellow Lancer owner.

Heres a little history of what I use to drive. I had a '95 white Accord 4dr V6 non-Vtec with a few mods like rims, CAI, etc., I traded her in 215K strong back in 2007 for a 2008 Blue Pearl Accord Coupe. I kept this car for 3 years till I traded her in late July for what you see here, 2010 Lancer GTS in GG. I couldnt be happier with the color. This is my first Mitsi, so any help or ideas would be helpful.

Heres a current mod list::

-Tinted::30% all around, 20% Rear.
-Tinted Fogs::Yellow.
-Ebay OEM Smoked side Markers.
-Plasti-dip'd Grille & Bumper Cap.
-XenonSupply 6000k lo & Hi.
-Nokya Hyper Yellow 2500k Fog Bulbs.

Thanks...yea, I was thinking about it but idk what color I wanted it yet....I think once I get a few engine mods I'll paint the engine cover, so it pops with the mods heh

Update:::Just installed the K&N Typhoon SRI. Ran into an issues, idk if anyone else had this problem or not? but there was no hole in the piping for the 90^o fitting where the rubber tube was connected back to the engine. I had to drill a 1/2" hole but everything works now. The response and growl on this thing is amazing. If you guys are looking to pick one up, I got mine from Amazon.com new for $234 w/free super saver shipping...it shipped the same day.

Next will be an exhaust-leaning towards the Greddy SE but if anyone has any ideas or suggestions please feel free to input.

but as of now I'm working with a company to make me a few custom engine parts-hopefully they come through & during that I'll be in the works in ordering my coils and wheels/tires...soo its going to be a busy winter.....enjoy the pics!

Im looking at getting tires for my stock wheels as well as my new rims. So I have a few questions and concerns that need to be addressed.

Im getting tires from Sailun. They dont offer our oem fitment so which is better to use for winter, 215/35/18 or 225/40/18?

As for my summer rims, I'll be getting 18x8.5 +35, I want a nice stance and a slight/stretch/poke not to crazy. what tire do you recommend? Someone told me 245/40/18. Any other suggestions?

225/40's on the stock wheels for winter.

245/40's is a standard size for an 8.5. So it won't be stretched.

Thanks Jae! So if I want to stretch just a bit w/the 8.5s, what do you recommend?
