Hey Guys, was wondering if anyone knew which Dupli Color matched Wicked White, I've heard Bright White is the match, but I just want to be sure before i paint my lips.

For the love of god, do not use Dupli Color paint to match your color. Use http://automotivetouchup.com like Furys suggested.
Also use thier primier and glosscoat.
