I know everyone loves the shout box here on PL. However, recently i have seen some behavior that will not be tolerated. I want to remind everyone that there is nothing wrong with joking around but overly aggressive behavior, harassing and certain language will not tolerated (the filter takes care of most of it but not all) that also include links we all know what NSFW if the material is a bit risque please let other members know . We want everyone to enjoy their experience on PL and not feel like they are going to get picked on or harassed when they come on here. If i or another staff member state a discussion should be over or moved to PM it is not a suggestion please do not argue just end it, for everyones sake.

So please everyone be courteous to each other and follow the rules and most of all have fun.

SIgh ok guys i see how this is an issue and i also see how this got out of hand. FIrst of all i want everyone to take a deep breath keep calm and mod on. This crap also should not have been posted in here.

LOL ok Mel. Seriously. One don't say your leaving projectlancer when your not. Two you were being a real smartass last night. Yes things get out of hand but also please remember there are archives that can see you contributing to the mess. Wasn't just her. I know I was involved in the mess because something was said to me that I may have shared elsewhere but shouldn't have been said here. And unless you know EXACTLY what happened last night with the beer comments and stuff and why to stop instigating ****. When both littlered AND both Chris were telling you to stop. Quit throwing people under the bus. The first time she was on was actually asking you to go take your sexting on projectlancer elsewhere but you threw a fit.. Because when people walk up to a computer monitor and see that **** and they are in a relationship with someone or even working night shift or something. Please think about what your also doing to other members god forbid.. Seeing a picture of your butt on a counter wearing a pink thong one night on proj lancer shoutbox when you posted a link being "flirtatious" made my gf at the time almost start something because she thought I was looking at porn or whatever.. Kinda insulting her that she wasn't good enough. So umm. I think a lot of people need to be aware of the stuff that DOES go on within proj lancer and admins need to address the situations properly instead of being so lienient. Its not right to B**** about someone you have issues with when your also a little bit of an issue Mel. I don't have any issues with you or even anyone on here. I love the community but when people attack other people for no reason I find it wrong. And also the reason why I know about littlered so much. An admin would go ahead and more than likely see the ip address cones from the same as mine, and it isn't me who uses that account but I do closely watch and tell the person to stop when it gets too much.
edit: I just really wish formal dropping the bomb stuff wouldn't go on so much because its stupid petty drama. Pm should also be sent to try and address the issue instead of making things viral all the time.

I understand what you are saying and you do have some valid points. However, just as you just tried to difuse the situation you lanaguage and tone towards Mel only made it worse. Now i was not on to see the altercation go down so i can not really comment and i wont go looking through the archives eithers the situation has passed and i dont want this dragged out. As for you g/f seeing pics on PL im sorry man thats not my concern we are adults here and if it had a proper tag of NSFW you still clicked on it. Its not my concern if people have PL open at work you are at work close the window or lock your PC. My concern is PL not your personal relationship with your girlfriend, her not being good enough or whatnot dude thats no one business but your own you deal with it. You are right the drama is stupid and i expect everyone to conduct themsevles as adults, myself and the other Mods/Admins are not damn babysitters. As for the Ip address you mentioned i thank you for that and i will make sure to get that to Josh. I appreciate you bringing certain things to the staffs attention but also be aware of your behavior as well please. You a good head on shoulders i would expect you to set a standard if no Admin is present.

Dave. I said NOTHING last night. She didn't need to flip out on me when I knew nothing about what happened. I now know. I get that. At the time, I didn't. So yes, I typed about 10 beer cheering smilies. For her to come at me for simply making a beer cheer smiley because I saw someone say the word 'drunk' doesn't give her the right to say what she did to me. I asked her "lol what did i do?". Of course I'm going to question... I put a beer cheer smiley and she got mad. It didn't make sense lol until I found out the reason. Even at that, I guess I should tell people to stop talking about fast cars..

 

About the sexting.... the night she was on, I didn't have a fit... Chris Flint (TheDarkKnight) had said something about pictures. So what I said was that I'm going to my parents Saturday (June 1st) so I'll be able to take some pics. I put a wink smiley on the end. Apparently that means I'm going to take pics in the bathroom of me fingering myself. She came at me, down talking me, acting like she knows me. Saying that my boyfriend is on the PL SB at that time, reading everything I'm typing. When in reality, he doesn't even know how to use a computer, or a smartphone. The whole sexual talk in the SB was handled horribly. I was getting attacked IN the SB. If a noob came on, they could'v easily seen that argument that went on. To me, that's just as bad.

 

All my dirty pics I've posted in the SB have said NSFW. That's your own fault for clicking it, not mine.

 

Mel this is the first time iv actually had to say something to you. You know where you messed up and you know what the rules are. I do understand you felt like you were being attacked by another memeber you should have contacted myself, Carlos or another Admin. The flirting has been going on forever and it has never been a problem till now, again i expect everyone to conduct themselves as adults. I know you were joking around and you did use the NSFW tags just be aware of actions please and it can cause tensions. I know its hard but please try not to retaliate because it will just add fuel to the fire, you know some people feed on that. I was not on to witness the events so i am going to let a lot slide today but this is the last time for a lot of people that this will happen. I would hate to see you leave PL over a couple of bad expereinces you are senior member of this community. Just be the bigger women next time and walk away if you think you are being unfairly treated. The other girl that was invovled will be getting a PM from me as well.

This is in regards to the situation that was commented on before. I reviewed the logs, and i understand fully what was going on. I will be contacting the involved parties and notify them about the situation.

 

The next time anyone has an issue with a person, a post, a shout, or anything in general, PLEASE REPORT IT OR PM ME. Hell if you have my number, text me. Dont get all willy nilly and start this type of stuff. We are a community here people. There is already one site where your comments and posts are subject to scrutiny. I try to be as lax as i can with you. Dont make me regret being nice.
