  1. Removing rev limited

A reflash can remove any rev or speed limiters. That being said it's rather pointless as the 4b11 and 4b12 start to lose efficiency after 6800-7000RPM even with cams. We've tuned many. If this is something you really want, we can do if for you, however. http://rallinspired.supportsystem.com
  2. Keep getting P0133 code

How are you doing, do you have any mods done to your car?
  3. After tons of time put into this we're happy to announce our latest capabilities of "tuning" and enhancing CVT related tables in the ECU to improve CVT performance. Quicker and more solid shifts in sports mode, we've finally solved the CVT related lag and delay on throttle inputs, and an overall smoother and more solid feeling transmission in Auto/Drive mode. Pricing and links have been added to the first post.
  4. CVT/AT Related Tuning

We have even more feedback from other CVT testers and my goodness it's 100000% positive. We've further tested city, highway, and spirited drive and transmission shifting and feel is better across the board. Will post that feedback later today. Some funny feedback from another tester today is this: "This shit is phenomenal... down shifting is really damn good... Just being in the car [also as a passenger] I can feel it" LOL. Sounds good to me!
  5. CVT/AT Related Tuning

v2 "...this one is much better. Seems to instantly change ratio or "gear" in sport mode as well as paddle shifters. It no longer has a little lag to it, feels instant as soon as I change it. Not one hundred percent sure but it seems to rev quicker in D as well and responds quicker when I hit the pedal. Feels much better overall..." We've conducted even more testing and have updated the CVT related tuning even more and have the following feedback between our "v2" and "v3" CVT updates done back to back. " All right so this one definitely feels like it revs up quicker. As far as response there is a slight improvement from the previous one" (which was already an improvement over stock)," enough to notice the difference if you flash back and forth between the two, it goes as soon as you touch the pedal. I would say this one is a very good improvement overall from the previous..."
  6. CVT/AT Related Tuning

I've been working on finding some CVT related ECU tables to see if i can improve shifting in sports mode and torque related options in standard mode to see if i can remove some of the "slop". We've been trying to be able to tune similar to what we've done for years with the Evo X SST and RA SST. As per usual we spend a lot of time testing and with R&D. Initially, the first test didn't go so well but after some work around to better understand the relations of the tables we've finally have something good working for us! Here's feedback directly from one of several beta testers after adding our CVT enhancements AFTER engine tuning: "...this one is much better. Seems to instantly change ratio or "gear" in sport mode as well as paddle shifters. It no longer has a little lag to it, feels instant as soon as I change it. Not one hundred percent sure but it seems to rev quicker in D as well and responds quicker when I hit the pedal. Feels much better overall..." Keep in mind that said beta testers were customers who are ALREADY TUNED by us and as such the results and feedback we have are with engine and CVT related tuning TOGETHER. We will not be offering transmission related tuning as a standalone option but it will be an add on to our already world class tunes. If you are already tuned by us you and add on this option and just pay the difference for the updates. Nothing and no one comes close to what we offer and no one has near the experience. Our price point is highly competitive and we can offer enhancements, such as these new CVT updates, that no one else does. I would like to thank our beta testers for trusting us and allowing us to use their vehicles and of course to all those customers who support us and our work. While we don't offer "cheap" or free tunes understand that by supporting us you support the community and future development for this platform. These enhancements also apply to Outlanders as well.
  7. **Just a warning to all. Do no attempt to use this ROM. It was read using an incorrect format and will brick your ECU if you attempt to flash it.** As far as the definition it's VERY bare bones but it's enough for a novice to get into trouble. We have "mode 23" and logging XMLs for this along with more advanced definitions that allow us more access and deeper tweaks and patches.
  8. New Members Are You Looking For A Tune?

  9. We can tune na lance with e85, yes.
  10. Hello New Members, (2002+, yes we can tune new 2016 and 2017) If you need your base lancer, turbo lancer and or Outlander tuned we can tune it for you whether it be a dyno tune or e-tune. If you are looking for fuel economy we can tune for that or if you looking for power gains, we have 2 tunes to choose from lite tune with 3 revisions and full custom tune with as many revision needed to complete the tune. We recently dyno tuned a 2015 Lancer GT with TakedaIntake and axle back exhaust with our new advanced logging and picked up peak gains of 10TQ and 20HP with the car now making 165 lbft and 169.831hp For more information please checkout our links and if you would like, make a support ticket to get more detail information. http://projectlancer.net/forums/forum/117-rallinspired/ https://www.facebook.com/RALLInspired-Calibration-Testing-470134839706946/ Support Ticket https://rallinspired.supportsystem.com/
  11. Turbo a lancer issue.

Hello mr_Chu, If you need your lancer tuned we can tune it for you, if your info is right and you have 2009 lancer we would be able to use your stock ECU with our custom Turbo ROM. For more information please checkout our links and if you would like, make a support ticket to get more detail information. http://projectlancer.net/forums/forum/117-rallinspired/ https://www.facebook.com/RALLInspired-Calibration-Testing-470134839706946/ Support Ticket https://rallinspired.supportsystem.com/
  12. definition file

We do not give or sale definitions files, but what we can do is tune your car for you. People always ask us do this for them and say they are willing to pay, the thing is we put A LOT of time and money into our definitions and tunes. With that being said we have found and still finding more and more tables in the ROM's, meaning more stuff added to our definitions files that no one else's has. So we tell people if you really want our definition files for your car, well will sell it to you for $2000.00 USD. If you are still interested on buying the definition files let us know, or if you are interested in us tuning your car we can do that too which is WAY cheaper than buying the definition file.
  13. 2016+ Lancer / Outlander Tuning ECU Updates PREORDERs

There are no definition files. We're the first to create them for use with ecuflash.
  14. 2016+ Lancer / Outlander Tuning ECU Updates PREORDERs

Ahhh there you are!!! Like our FB page here https://www.facebook.com/RALLInspired-Performance-Tuning-470134839706946/ we have test file now for same thing for you... We will update you soon.
  15. Facebook Global Group Buy Document.

Rules, Requirements and Limits Please Read Full Document This document is to make the Global Group Buy to go smooth and painless as possible for me and Rick. Please keep in mind that Rick will be the only one working on your E-tune which will make this process long depending on Ricks time, his shop time at RRE, people who need to rent the Open Port 2.0 cable from us, creation of definitions and tunes, and data logging from you (If needed). So we ask if you could please be patient with us because as of right now we have a potential of 80 plus cars that would need to be E-tuned by Rick only. I myself (Kevin) will do my very best to keep everyone updated on their tunes and process, also if you have any questions during the process PLEASE use the ticket system and DO NOT call RRE. Now onto the detailed information and I’ll try to keep it list form. Refunds There are no refunds when doing Group Buys. Requirements for E-tune - $100 USD deposit required Open Port 2.0 cable, laptop with Windows, EcuFlash (free from Tactrix website), Evoscan ($25 from Evoscan website) and Cobb AP for E-tuning. If you have an Evo or Ralliart you can either use Cobb AP or you can use Open Port 2.0 with EcuFlash and Evoscan. If you have a base lancer/turbo or an outlander, you can only use the Open Port 2.0 cable for your E-tuning and data logging. If you do not have the Open Port 2.0 you can either buy one from the Tactrix site for $169 or can rent one from us for an added cost of $25 a week with a $200 deposit which will be refunded when you return the cable minus the weekly charge and shipping. We have limited supply of rental cables; it would be best if you could buy one or ask around to borrow one. If you cannot buy, rent or borrow the Open Port 2.0 cable, you have the option to mail-in your ECU, but if you do that your car will be down until we send your ECU back with a tune. Usually turn around time is 24 hrs of Rick getting the ECU, but that time may increase considering the amount of E-tunes that will need to be done and time. I would not suggest the mail-in option but if you need to you can. Pricing – discount only applies to base E-tuning price (including Mail-in option for this group buy), deposit will go towards E-tune. Evo, Ralliart and Turbo lancer – Base price $349 USD without group buy discount. N/A Lancer and Outlander – Base price $299 USD without group buy discount. Turbo lancer with DTC/CEL patch - $349 plus $100 for patch. TPMS disable – Added $50. Remote Assistance – Added $25 an hour. (Only if you want us to setup your laptop for tuning and data logging) If you have more than one car that you want to E-tune it would be two different payments. Normally we would offer a discount for the second car but since this group buy has an extreme discount already we cannot. Determining what Global Group Buy discount will be used. Please ONLY submit a support ticket if you have the deposit on hand right now. Then when I get all the tickets, I will let everyone know how many tickets I have and which discount will be rewarded. Once everyone agrees on the discount that is going to be used, I will ask for the deposits. Submitting a Support Ticket Remember please ONLY submit a ticket if you really want to tune your car. When you create your support ticket I would asked if you DO NOT send the deposit just yet. The initial tickets made will determine what Global Group Buy discount will be used and then I would ask for the deposits. When you create your support ticket PLEASE select “E-tuning Form” for the “Help Topic”, “Tuning Method” select “E-tune” if you DO NOT need to rent the Open Port 2.0 cable from us, if you NEED to rent the cable please select “E-tune (w/ hardware rental)” and for the “Summary” PLEASE put “Global Group Buy”. When I ask for the deposit PLEASE send us the confirmation number via support ticket by picture, text or screenshot. Remember all things go through the support ticket. For Evo’s and Ralliarts if you already have a Cobb AP or Open Port 2.0 please send your current configuration file from your AP along with your serial number and data logs, and if you are using Open Port 2.0 all we need is the current ROM off your ECU and data logs. For N/A lancer/turbo and outlander, if you already have the Open Port 2.0 cable all we need is the current ROM off your ECU and that’s it, turbo lancers we need ROM and data logs. If you DO NOT have the Open Port 2.0 or NEED to rent one, you would have to wait until you buy or receive the cable that you rented from us to send us your ROM but PLEASE still submit a ticket. Please read the file description through the AP regarding your specific tune file so you know what target boost and AFRs (assuming you have a wideband) you should be seeing. I’ve activated a knock light which will trigger your CEL to blink if there are considerable amounts of knock being detected. If you see the flash please let off the accelerator, notify me and send me what logs you have. Version 3 Accessports: Please setup the gauges to display BOOST and KNOCK SUM at minimum in real time. You might also consider adding RO2 VOLAGE if you do not have a wideband and if I have confirmed that it is reading properly. Voltage should be around .94 - .96 at WOT. LOGGING PROCESS: Take 2 one minute data logs at idle Take 2 one minute data logs while cruising at consistent speeds. Take 2 data logs accelerating normally from a stop through 4th gear Take 3 - 5 data logs in 3rd gear. Start logging at 2000RPM ease into full throttle by 2500RPM, and log at full throttle until redline. Please try not to hit the rev limiter. Download the logs from you AP using the access manager software and then LABEL each logs so I know what it is. Email the logs you have along with your impressions and feedback. Please be as descriptive as possible. Please remember to take the logs on the same stretch of road, in the same direction, and in the same conditions (if possible) for the sake of accurate HP and TQ calculations. KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD AND ABOVE ALL ELSE BE SAFE when data logging. Good luck, Please remember to take the logs on the same stretch of road, in the same direction, and in the same conditions (if possible) for the sake of accurate HP and TQ calculations. For N/A lancers and outlanders no data logging is necessary, Ricks N/A tunes are 95% spot on and no further tuning would be necessary. So that means you would not need to buy Evoscan, but if you want take logs you can for more of a “Fine Tune” then buy it. But ask first and Rick will let you know if any further tuning needs to be done.
